President Hamid’s younger brother dies of coronavirus

President Abdul Hamid’s younger brother and personal secretary Abdul Hye died of coronavirus early Friday (Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Rajiun).

Abdul Hye, also a freedom fighter breathed his last at Dhaka Combined Military Hospital around 1am.

Hye’s nephew Abul Khyer told media his uncle had been admitted to the isolation unit of CMH on July 5 after infected with the virus. Later, he was shifted to the ICU following deterioration of his condition.
