Brig Gen Mominur Rahman made new IG Prisons

The government has appointed Brig Gen M Mominur Rahman Mamun, Chief Health Officer of Dhaka North City Corporation, as the new inspector general (IG) of prisons.
Brig Gen Mamun will replace Brig Gen AKM Mostafa Kamal Pasha, who has been sent back to the Bangladesh Army.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Brig Gen M Jobaydul Rahman has been made the Chief Health Officer, Dhaka North City Corporation
