11 BD nationals killed in Saudi road crash

At least eleven Bangladesh nationals were killed and seven others injured in a road accident in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday morning (today).
The deceased are yet to be identified.
A total of 18 workers were going to their workplaces by a bus. Suddenly, a tyre of the bus exploded and overturned into the road ditch around 7am today, leaving 11 Bangladeshis of the bus killed on the spot, injuring seven others, local Bangladeshi sources have confirmed.
“The injured were taken to nearby hospital for treatment,” said Aminul Islam, labour counsellor, Bangladesh Consulate General Office in Jeddah.
