How To Make Curry Leaf Tea | Kadhi Patta Tea For Weight Loss:

Ingredients:

8-10 curry leaves

Half-inch ginger

2-3 cups water

Lemon and honey (optional)

Method:

Clean the curry leaves and ginger and boil in water on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.

Switch off the flame and close the lid. Let it infuse for 10 minutes.

Strain the tea in a cup and add lemon juice and honey if you want.
