‘Bangladesh Embassy delivers quick services to expatriates in Saudi Arabia’

Ambassador Patwary was speaking at a mass hearing organised by the Bangladesh Embassy at Ha’il province in Saudi Arabia on November 6 last, according to a press release sent to Daily Observer Online on Sunday (November 8) from Riyadh.
The Bangladesh ambassador gave a patient hearing to the expatriates and informed them that the embassy was ready to provide them services as quickly as possible.
He said expatriate centres were opened in different parts of Saudi Arabia to provide consular services including renewal of passports of the expatriates where they could easily avail services on any day of the week. It also helped the expatriates to save time and money.
Besides, consular teams of the embassy were also providing services to the expatriates living in different cities of Saudi Arabia.
Ambassador Patwary called upon the Bangladesh expatriates to strictly follow the rules and regulations of Saudi Arabia.
He also urged them to brighten the image of Bangladesh through honesty and sincerity.
At the same time, he requested the expatriates to contribute to the Bangladesh economy by sending remittances through legal channels.
The ambassador also talked to the expatriates who went there to avail consular services, and gave a patient hearing to the issues of their working facilities, environment, and problems.
Bangladesh Embassy’s Counselor Md Humayun Kabir, Counselor Md Nurul Islam, First Secretary Md Shafiqul Islam and Sonali Bank representative Md Jasim Uddin Khan were present at the mass hearing.
Apart from taking part in the mass hearing, Ambassador Patwary also visited the Expatriate Service Center in Ha’il. During the visit, he directed the officials there to provide services to the expatriates with sincerity.
