Juhi Chawla is furious after being stranded at Mumbai airport for hours: ‘Pathetic, shameful state’

Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla, on Wednesday, shared a video from Mumbai airport and asked the Airport and Government authorities to deploy more officials and counters at the Airport Health clearance.

Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla, who jetted off to the UAE to cheer for her team Kolkata Knight Riders, has returned to India as the team failed to make it to the playoffs of this year’s IPL. While returning to Mumbai, the actress shared a video as she was left stranded for hours at the waiting area of the airport health clearance section. As more passengers from flights got down, a huge crowd gathered in the vicinity and they all had no choice but to stand in close proximity.
At public places including airports, people are advised to follow social distancing norms due to the growing number of COVID-19 cases across the world. And, as per guidelines, everyone should stand at least 6 feet away from others when possible.
To spread awareness about the current condition of the airport, the actress posted a video on Twitter. In the caption, she wrote, “Request the Airport and Govt authorities to IMMEDIATELY deploy more officials and counters at the Airport Health clearance … all passengers stranded for hours after disembarking .. … flight after flight after flight …..Pathetic, shameful state ..!! @AAI_Official.” (sic)
