Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan to make cameos as Pathan and Tiger in Hrithik Roshan’s War 2!

Pathan is a special film by all means. While the Yash Raj Films biggie marks Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback to films after a long hiatus, it also reunites the superstar with Deepika Padukone, with whom he has shared screen space in films such Om Shanti Om (2007) and Chennai Express (2013).

An out-and-out actioner, Pathan is directed by Siddharth Anand of War fame. According to a source quoted in a Mumbai Mirror report, it’s an intriguing world of agents. The source further said that though the title was SRK-centric, Deepika will also get to do a lot of action in the film. Deepika will be seen playing an edgy character in the film, who will join Pathan on a mission. The character, the source said, was on the same lines as Katrina Kaif’s Zoya in the Tiger franchise.

The report also states that YRF is planning a universe of special agents with Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. There is already buzz that SRK will appear in Tiger 3 as Pathan and Salman will appear in Pathan as Tiger.

The report goes on to state that there is also buzz that SRK and Salman will make cameos in the sequel of War (2019). If that does happen, it would be the first time when we will see SRK, Salman and Hrithik in on frame. However, it must be mentioned that there has been no official announcement regarding War 2.
