Alia Bhatt and Gauri Khan collaborate for Darlings; Shah Rukh Khan has a sweet message for them

In the past nine years, Alia Bhatt has been a part of several blockbuster movies and her path-breaking performances have always been praised by critics and viewers. With every film of hers, she breaks stereotypes and leaves viewers impressed. Alia has established herself as a versatile actress and now, she is all set to be a part of a dark comedy. Alia, who recently launched her production house Eternal Sunshine, will be co-producing the film Darlings.

The film will also be co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma. The official Twitter handle of Red Chillies Entertainment shared the happy news by sharing a teaser. The same has been captioned as “Stop scrolling, start reading! Presenting #Darlings in association with @eternalsunprod, starring @aliaa08, @ShefaliShah_, @MrVijayVarma and @roshanmathew22. Directed by @djasmeet and produced by @gaurikhan @aliaa08 and @GauravVerma.”

Shah Rukh also shared the teaser and wrote, “Life is tough Darlings, but so are you….both! Unleashing our #Darlings onto the world….Caution is advisable. PS: yeh comedy thodi dark hai.” Alia called it special and wrote, “This one’s special! Announcing #Darlings, my first ever production under @EternalsunProd, in association with my fav @iamsrk’s @RedChilliesEnt.”

The film will also star Shefali Shah, Vijay Verma, and Roshan Mathew in pivotal roles. The film will be directed by debutant director Jasmeet K Reen. It was only yesterday (February 28) when Alia launched her production house. Talking more about the same, Alia wrote, “And I am so happy to announce….PRODUCTION!! Eternal Sunshine Productions.
