Book fair to remain open from 12pm-5pm

The new time schedule of Ekushey Book Fair-2021 has been fixed from 12pm-5pm due to lockdown from April 5.

A letter was sent to Bangla Academy’s director from Cultural Affairs Ministry on Sunday in this regard.

The book fair will be held from 12pm-5pm everyday following the lockdown’s directive given by the government as the COVID-19 situation worsening in the country, the letter said.

It also informed that the fair will continue as per the government’s 18 directives issued earlier.
