Vicky Donor debutant Yami Gautam was summoned by ED in a money laundering case. As per reports, Yami will be questioned for allegedly violating FEMA.

Vicky Kaushal starrer URI actress Yami Gautam recently tied the knot with the director of the said film. The actress was in the news for all the good reasons and her simple yet elegant wedding couture was the talk of the town for days. However, now the actress has been caught in some legal trouble. Yami has been summoned by the ED ( Enforcement Directorate) today in an alleged money laundering case.
It is being reported that Yami has violated the FEMA ( Foreign Exchange Management Act) and the ED has summoned her to question her in the matter. As per an India Today report, the case is being investigated by Zone 2 of ED and Yami will meet the officials on July 7, 2021.
This, however, is not the first time that actress have come under the ED’s scanner. A summon was issued to her earlier as well over the same case but apparently, she could not depose. As per the said report, Yami has been accused of not informing the authorities about a foreign monetary transition that involves her private bank account.
