PM releases postage stamp on 50 yrs of Bangladesh Scouts

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday released commemorative postage stamp on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of Bangladesh Scouts and Bangladesh Scouts Day-2022.

The premier unveiled the commemorative postage stamp of Taka 10, the opening day cover of Taka 10 and the data card of Taka 5 at a ceremony at her official residence Ganabhaban in the capital this morning.

A special canceller was used on the occasion.

Posts and Telecommunications minister Mustafa Jabbar, chief national commissioner of Bangladesh Scouts Dr Md Mazammel Haque Khan, Prime Minister’s Office senior secretary Md. Tofazzel Hossain Mia, Posts and Telecommunications secretary Md Khalilur Rahman and director general of Directorate of Posts Md.Siraz Uddin, among others, were present.
