Quader mourns death of AMA Muhith

Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of former finance minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith.
Quader, also Awami League general secretary, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family, said an official release.
Muhith, acclaimed widely as an economist, diplomat, language veteran and freedom fighter, breathed his last at the United Hospital in the capital early today at 88 years old.
