Kartik Aaryan reveals he never thought Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 would be able to ‘revive’ the industry

t won’t be a wrong thing to say that Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan is currently at the peak of his career. With his latest release Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 crossing the Rs 200 crore mark at the box office, the actor also has a lineup of upcoming projects in his kitty.

Recently, Kartik expressed his gratitude to the audience and his fans for showering so much love to the movie. He shared a post on his social media and wrote, “23 Crores ke First Sunday se 230 Crores ke 42nd day tak Audience ka Pyaar #Unreal #Gratitude #BhoolBhulaiyaa2.”

Now, talking about the same in detail, Kartik revealed that the entire team was surprised at the response received for the movie. He told a publication during an interaction that he never thought that the movie would be able to “revive” the Hindi film industry.

Kartik told News18 during an interaction, “I was confident of the content and knew that the film will do at least Rs 100 crore at the box office. But I didn’t know that we will be able to revive the industry. We never thought it will cross Rs 200 crore mark. It is above our expectations.”

He further added, “We were confident that family audience will enjoy it as it is an entertaining film. What amazed me was the reaction of kids, like three-year-old children are singing ‘Hare Ram’. It all feels unreal. We never thought it will penetrate so much.”
