Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Ponniyin Selvan’s motion poster out

Mani Ratnam’s period drama Ponniyin Selvan is all set for release. The film stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead role. The makers earlier unveiled the first look posters of the film, leaving everyone excited for the film.
The film will be released in two installments and the first installment is scheduled to be released on September 30, 2022.
On Saturday (July 2), the makers dropped a motion poster of the film and captioned it, “Look out! Brace yourself. Get ready for an adventure. The Cholas are coming! #PS1 (sic).”

Ponniyin Selvan (PS-1) is set in the 10th century and features Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Sarathkumar, Rahman, and Aishwarya Lekshmi among others in pivotal roles.
According to the announcement, the magnum opus is based on Kalki’s Tamil novel that was serialized in the 1950s. Ponniyin Selvan is set in the period before Ponniyin Selvan (son of River Kaveri), later known as Rajaraja Chola became one of the greatest emperors in Indian history.
The film will release in several languages including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
