Fire at Dhamrai packaging factory brought under control

Firefighters brought the fire that broke out at a packaging factory in BSCIC Industrial area of Dhamrai this morning under control after around four hours.
The fire originated in the third floor of the four-storey building around 4:45am. Nine firefighting units brought the blaze under control around 8:45am, Ershad Hossain, a duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence, told The Daily Star.
No casualties were reported yet, he said.
