Dua Lipa recreates memes with actual ‘Levitating’ and ‘Haan Yahan Kadam Kadam’ mashup

Dua Lipa stunned Indian fans by performing a mashup of her global hit song “Levitating” with Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic Bollywood song “Woh Ladki Jo” from the 1999 film “Baadshah” on Saturday.

Dua Lipa’s most popular song, “Levitating,” frequently trends on Instagram as part of a mashup. The combination of “Levitating” and Shah Rukh Khan’s song “Woh Ladki Jo” quickly became a favorite among Gen Z. It appears Dua Lipa is aware of the mashup’s popularity, as she recently took the stage by storm, performing “Levitating”—not in its original form, but as the mashup featuring SRK’s track.

Addressing the crowd, Dua said, “I love you, Mumbai… I’m amazed by all this energy. We’re going to have an amazing time. Tonight is all about us—me, you, and living in the moment together.”

Suhana Khan, daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, was one of the many fans who couldn’t hide her excitement. She posted a video of the performance on her Instagram stories.

Dua Lipa kicked off the show with “Training Season” and then performed hits like “One Kiss”, ” No Lie,” “Happy For You,” and “Dance The Night” from the 2023 film Barbie. The singer also treated the crowd to fan favorites such as “New Rules,” “Be The One,” and “Break My Heart.”
