Professor Anisuzzaman hospitalised

National Professor Dr Anisuzzaman was admitted to a city hospital this morning.

Dr Anisuzzaman is now undergoing treatment at the coronary care unit (CCU) of Universal Medical College Hospital with underlying health conditions.

Prof Dr Khandaker Kamrul Islam of the hospital confirmed the news.

Doctors said he is in stable condition.
