The report was made based on newspaper reports published between March 8 and May 12, said CGS.
The report mentioned that of the deaths, at least 33 incidents of ignorance of medical professionals to treat non-COVID-19 patients happened.
There are also eight incidents of forced eviction from home, 23 cases of abandonment from family and colleagues, it said.
Meanwhile, two persons committed suicide because of social stigma, the report added.
Additionally, it recorded that there were as many as 79 incidents of spreading rumour while 84 arrests were made for spreading rumours.
