AL delegation holds meeting with CEC

Dhaka: An Awami League delegation sat in a meeting with Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda at Nirbachon Bhaban here on Wednesday afternoon.

Co-chairman of AL Election Subcommittee and Prime Minister’s Political Affairs Adviser HT Imam is leading the five-member delegation at the meeting started at 4:45pm.

The agenda of the meeting could not be known yet but the AL delegation may brief reporters after the meeting.

The four other members of the AL team are its leaders Mahbubul Alam Hanif, Abdur Rahman, Dr Abdus Sobhan Golap and advocate Reazul Kabir Kawser.

Election commissioners Mahbub Talukder and Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury, and EC secretary Helaluddin Ahmed were present at the meeting.
