Bangabandhu’s life to be showcased at NYC’s Times Square

For the first time in history, the life sketch of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman will be screened at New York Times Square on August 15.

For making the event more significant a dummy cheque was handed over to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on August 10.

Anwar group MDManwar Hossain, Textile Division MD Hossain Mehmood, and Bangladesh Finance Ltd MD Kyser Hamid and Sajjadur Rahman Bhuiyan were present at that time.

Times Square draws an estimated 50 million visitors annually while over 460,000 pedestrians walk through intersection at the midtown of Manhattan on its busiest days.
