Britain ‘full of secret Conservatives’ – Liz Truss

Launching the Popular Conservative (PopCon) group, the former PM said that democracy had “become unfashionable”.

In her speech, Liz Truss said the PopCons had to restore faith in democracy.

But she warned them their fight was “not going to be easy”, adding the left had been “on the march” in UK institutions, in the corporate world and globally.
