BSF hands over body 17 days after he was ‘picked up’

Indian Border Security Force yesterday handed over the body of a farmer 17 days after they allegedly picked him up from his cropland along the border at Parshuram upazila in Feni.

Md Mejbahar, 47, was picked up by BSF on November 13, said his wife Mariam Akhter.

Three days later, his body was allegedly found in Indian territory.
