TV actress Divya Bhatnagar succumbed to death after having tested positive for COVID-19. Divya was on life support and in an extremely critical condition after she contracted the deadly virus. She breathed her last yesterday (December 07, 2020) and many from the industry mourned her untimely demise. Amongst the first ones was Divya’s close friend Devoleena Bhattacharjee who penned heartwarming words for the late actress in a long post.

After her mourning post of Divya, Devoleena has shared a video upload accusing the former’s husband Gagan Gabru of sexual and domestic abuse. The Saath Nibhaana Sathiya 2 actress shared with her fans that Divya’s life was full of miseries and now with her heavenly abode she will finally be at peace.

Talking further, Devoleena revealed that the intention behind the video is to ‘expose’ Gagan Gabru and his toxic behaviour while Divya was in a relationship wih him. She added that Gagan used to mentally torture and also physically abuse Divya.

Devoleena even accused Gagan of stealing Divya’s jewellery. She recalled an incident from Karva Chauth when he came home and beat the Yeh Rishta Kya Keh Lata Hai actress. Devoleena further elaborated that Divya had registered an NC against Gagan and appealed all his ‘so-called’ girlfriends to do the same.

In the video clipping, Devoleena can be heard saying that ‘Bhagwan se Divya ka dard dekha nahi gaya ‘. Devoleena added that even though Divya passed away due to COVID-19, it was the stress and constant suffering that curbed her body of healing. She added that when one is not in a good mental state, battling the smallest of diseases is a tough task, Divya on the other hand was fighting the deadly virus.

The soap actress assured that in the coming days she will give the proof of how problematic Divya’s relationship was with Gagan. She even urged the industry to run a background check on Gagan before working with him and added that they are most likely to find sexual molestation complaints against him.
