Ekushey Book Fair to be held physically: Bangla Academy

Coronavirus issues had cast shadow of uncertainty over launching of the month-long Amar Ekushey Book Fair 2021 this year. But, Bangla Academy has announced that the book fair will be held in a traditional way like previous years.
A press release, issued by Bangla Academy on Sunday, said this year’s Book Fair will be held physically not virtually.
Earlier, Academy director general Habibullah Siraji had said, “The book fair was postponed not cancelled. We’ll announced the fresh date after considering the situation.”
