How to make beetroot juice?

If you have a juicer, put 2 medium-sized peeled and roughly chopped beets into it. In this case, the fibre gets separated easily. However, if you use a mixer jar, grind grated beetroot by adding about 1/4 glass of water. Use a sieve to extract and strain the juice. You may then have the juice by adding a few crushed mint leaves and a dash of rock salt.

Carrot juice

Apart from being an excellent food for eye health, carrots also help in detoxification. These root veggies contain Vitamin A, Vitamin B-6, Calcium, Vitamin C, Potassium, Sodium, Dietary fibre and Sugar. They are also rich in antioxidants that eliminate free radicals from the body. Carrots also lower the risk of heart diseases. This veggie helps in producing bile, a fluid that burns fat and speeds up metabolism. By regularly consuming carrot juice, one can boost immunity and detoxify their body.

How to prepare carrot juice?

If you have a juicer, put 3-4 small English or 2 big red peeled and roughly chopped carrots into it. In this case, the fibre gets separated easily. However, if you use a mixer jar, grind grated carrots by adding 1/4 glass of water. Use a sieve to extract and strain the juice. You may then have the juice by adding a few crushed mint leaves and two spoons of honey. You may add salt and crushed black pepper instead of honey.

Amla Juice

Amla juice is extremely effective but strong. Add 3-4 teaspoons of Amla extract to a glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach. The Indian gooseberry, a superfood, is a storehouse of Vitamin C that helps in building immunity.

How to prepare Amla juice instantly?

Deseed one Amla and cut the pulp into small pieces. Then grind the amla pieces along with a few mint leaves and 1/4 glass of water. Use a sieve to strain the juice. You may then add some rock salt and crushed pepper to it.

Bitter gourd juice

Regular consumption of bitter gourd maintains the blood sugar level, reduces bad cholesterol and lowers the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Bitter gourd contains dietary fibre which aids digestion/assimilation of all the vital nutrients. Moreover, it boosts immunity.

How to make karela juice?

Deseed one small bitter gourd and roughly chop it. Then put it in a mixer jar. Add 1/4 cup water to it and grind it well. Use a sieve to extract the juice. Add a pinch of rock salt and black pepper powder to mask the bitterness of the vegetable. This juice may not taste good, but it will add sweetness to your life by keeping you healthy.

Cucumber juice

Cucumbers are low in calories, rich in water and other vital nutrients. Other than detoxifying your body, cucumbers also keep you hydrated.  A glass of fresh cucumber juice in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes after breakfast works wonders.

How to prepare fresh cucumber juice?

Peel a green cucumber and cut it into small pieces. Use a mixer jar to grind cucumber until it turns into a smooth paste. You may add about 1/4 glass of water (if required). Use a sieve to extract the juice. You may then have the juice by adding a few crushed mint leaves, salt and crushed black pepper.
