Giasuddin Selim’s ‘Kajol Rekha’ to release on February next year

After the success of “Monpura” and “Swapnojal”, Giasuddin Selim’s next film “Kajol Rekha”, based on the story of Kajol Rekha pala of Mymensingh Gitika, will be releasing on February, next year.
The film’s shooting was finished on Tuesday. Confirming the news to The Daily Star, Giasuddin Selim said, “I just completed the shooting for the film. I want to finish the post-production work as early as possible and release the film next year.”
Shooting for “Kajol Rekha” first began in Netrokona’s Susang Durgapur. The film was later shot in different locations around Sundarban.
Mondira Chakroborty has played the role of ‘Kajol Rekha’ in the film, and it will mark her debut on the silver screen. Apart from Chakroborty, the film has also cast Sariful Razz, Rafiath Rashid Mithila and Iresh Zaker in vital roles.
