Henry Cavill finally confirms his return as Superman

Henry Cavill has finally announced his return as the ‘Man of Steel’ on his official Instagram account. Recently, the British actor also made a cameo appearance in a post-credit scene of Dwayne Johnson’s “Black Adam”.

The “Witcher” actor posted a video to his Instagram announcing that he would be reprising the role of Superman.

“I wanted to wait until the weekend was over before posting this, because I wanted to give you all a chance to watch ‘Black Adam’. However, now that plenty of you have, I wanted to make it official. I am back as Superman,” said Cavill in the video.

Cavill also posted a picture in his Superman outfit, taken on the set of “Black Adam”, by producer Hiram Garcia.

“Thank you for your support and thank you for your patience. I promise it will be rewarded,” added Cavill.

The end credit scene in “Black Adam” promises a future standoff between the last son of Krypton and the powerful Black Adam.
