Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan is back to the screens after much speculation of the show going off-air. Earlier this year, KJo announced that he will be back with the 7th season of his talk show not on television but on the OTT platform Disney+Hotstar. The first episode featured Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt which premiered on the digital platform on July 7, 2022.
Many secrets were revealed on the couch as expected and fans could not keep calm as they witnessed their favourite stars discuss not only their professional but also personal lives. The episode turned out to be superhit and has set a new record.

The host of the show Karan Johar took to his Instagram and shared an update with his fans about KWK7. The Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani director shared in his post that the first episode of his talk show has become the No. 1 subscribed show on Day 1 for any Hotstar special. He shared a poster which has “Screwed it. Brewed it. Everyone has viewed it. The highest Day 1 record ever” written on it.
While sharing the post, the Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham director wrote, “If you haven’t seen Episode 1 of #KoffeewithKarans7 yet, then whatever you’re doing, just screw it, and go view it! #HotstarSpecials #KoffeeWithKaran S7 now streaming every Thursday on @disneyplushotstar.”

Koffee With Karan 7 is also available internationally on Hulu app. The filmmaker shared a video on his Instagram where he could be spotted saying, “So, I’m proud to announce that I’m also making my Hollywood debut. Alia, don’t be too jealous. To all my fans in the USA, watch Koffee With Karan Season 7 exclusively on Hulu. See you there then, Toodles.”
