Kidnapped man rescued, five held

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive rescued a kidnapped man from Uttara area of the capital on Monday, six hours after he was kidnapped.

Md Tanjir Islam, 47, was kidnapped by miscreants from Banani area of city.

RAB-1 also arrested five people in connection with the kidnapping.
The identities of the arrestees could not be known yet.
