Ingredients needed for making oats milk

  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 4 cups of water
  • Honey
  • Vanilla extract for flavouring

Procedure

  • Take about 100 grams of rolled oats in a blender.
  • Add four cups of water to it.
  • Blend until the oats mix well into the water and dissolve completely.
  • Place a strainer over a bowl and cover it with a cheese/muslin cloth so that the milk can be extracted. Gradually empty the blender jar into the bowl with the sieve and muslin cloth.
  • Then bring the four corners of the cloth together and gently squeeze out the milk from it.
  • You may then transfer the milk to a class and add about 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey and/or vanilla extract for flavouring.
