Mahi announces separation from Apu

Popular film actress of Dhallywood Mahiya Mahi announced her separation with husband Mahmud Parvez Apu after five years of conjugal life of the couple.

Mahiya Mahi clarified the issue of separation with her husband through social media on Saturday night. There she also apologized to the in-laws for not being able to maintain the relationship.

About the separation Mahi said, “Many things happen in human life. A lot depends on luck. I will say this, I respect Apu. There were some issues between us regarding personal understanding for which our relationship did not last. Maybe there were more issues.”

“But I don’t want any disrespect to him or me.”

Asked when she decided to separate, Mahi said, “It is true that we have separated; But I don’t want to say when.”

However, Mahi’s husband Apu said both of them have sincerely tried to stop the separation.

He said, “I have not tried less to prevent the separation. But finally it was not saved! We have to accept separation. Our two families are making such a decision together. Please don’t take the matter differently by misinterpreting it.”

“Our family is no longer sustainable – it is true. But despite the separation, we were friends, will remain friends and will be friends,” Apu added.

Apu said Mahi and he have finalized the decision of formal separation. However, the separation has not yet taken place. The legal process of separation is going on.

Mahiya Mahi got married to Mahmud Parvez Apu of Sylhet on May 25, 2016. The day after tomorrow was going to be their fifth wedding anniversary. Just two days before that, they decided to separate.
