Moghbazar road crash

SP Golden Line Paribahan owner Junaid Hossain Laskor today got bail when its driver Imran Sardar was denied in a case filed in connection with the recent Moghbazar’s Wireless intersection road crash.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Fahad Bin Amin Chowdhury has passed the order after conducting a hearing on Wednesday.

On August 3, a motorcyclist was killed as a bus hit his vehicle at Moghbazar Wireless intersection.

The deceased was Saiful Islam, a resident of Uttar Goran in the capital.

The incident happened when the bus hit the motorbike in front of Nur Jahan Tower around 1:30pm on the day, leaving the motorcyclist killed on the spot.

Junaid Hossain Laskar was nabbed from Laskar Para area of Satkhira on August 5 while locals caught the bus driver red-handed during the incident and set the bus afire.
