Rab DG, DMP chief promoted to grade-1 posts

The government has promoted two additional inspector general of police ranked officials to supernumerary grade 1 posts.

The Public Security Division of the Home Ministry issued a gazette notification in this regard toady (Tuesday).

The two officials are Director General (DG) of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) M Khurshid Hossain and Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner Khandker Golam Faruq.
