Rail, launch services to resume on limited scale from May 31

Public transport services–rail and launch– are set to resume from May 31 on a limited scale, says a government notice.

The Cabinet Division today issued a gazette in this regard.

In the meantime, all public and private offices will also reopen from May 31, maintaining necessary health guidelines.

Most public and private offices remained closed from March 26 to May 30, and plying of all public transport — except goods-laden vehicles and those involved in emergency services — remained suspended till that date.
