Salman Khan Gets In Legal Trouble Over Loveratri’s Title
GB news 24 desk//
Salman Khan is known to launch new actors in the film industry and the latest ones who will be making their debut under the actor’s guidance are, his brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma, and Warina Hussain. The duo will be launched with the romance-drama, Loveratri. Salman has been a part of the film’s promotions and was even present at the trailer launch of the film to support the cast. The trailer was well-received by fans but unfortunately, Salman recently found himself in a legal soup over the title of the film.
According to reports in PTI, Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed a complaint against the actor. The complaint filed in the Bihar court suggested that as the film is releasing on October 5, 2018, which is close to the date when Navratri will begin this year, it will hurt the Hindu sentiments. He filed the complaint against Salman under IPC sections 295(injuring or defiling place of worship), 298 (uttering words with deliberate intent to wound religious feelings), 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot), 153B (assertions, imputations prejudicial to national integration) and 120(B) (criminal conspiracy). Salman was asked to comment on the same during an interview PTI at the launch of Bigg Boss 12 earlier this week.
