Salman Khan reserves 12 days for extended special appearance in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan!
Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan’s bond has grown stronger in the last couple of years. Whenever they get a chance, they speak highly of each other. Their friendship saw new highs when Shah Rukh made a cameo in Salman’s 2017 release Tubelight and the latter played a guest role in the former’s 2018 release Zero.
If a report on Bollywood Hungama is anything to go by, the two Khans are set to share screen space all over again. A source in the report has been quoted as saying that Salman has signed for a crucial role in SRK’s Pathan and that he will have an extended special appearance in the film. The source said that Salman will shoot for the film for around 12 days and that after wrapping his portion, he will proceed to shoot Tiger 3.
While the source confirmed that Salman will share screen space with SRK, it did not give any confirmation on whether the superstar will be seen with the film’s other lead actors, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
According to reports, Pathan is likely to go on floors by the end of this month. It is after a long hiatus of two and a half years that SRK will be back to a film set. The film is directed by Siddharth Anand, who helmed the highest grosser of 2019, the Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff-starrer War.
