Salman to star in Dhoom 4 along with Katrina!

Bollywood actor Salman Khan who has several movies in his kitty and is enjoying the success of Race 3, might star in the fourth installment of the Franchise ‘Dhoom’ which is produced by Aditya Chopra under the ‘Yash Raj Films’ banner, media reported on Friday.

There are speculations that Katrina Kaif might play the female lead in Dhoom 4 too. If that happens, it is be going to be the sixth film together for Salman and Katrina.

After Aamir Khan, it’s the Sultan of Bollywood’s turn to join the superhit Dhoom Franchise. Dhoom franchise has always guaranteed a style-packed ride to the audience on the big screen. From John to Hrithik, Bollywood hottest stars have starred in ‘Dhoom’.

Salman has got his hand full with Ali Abbas’s Bharat and Arbaaz Khan’s Dabangg 3 and is expected to start shooting for Dabangg 3 in early 2019.

Rumour has it that Ranveer Singh is also to be a part of the film as well. Dhoom 4 will, reportedly, be helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, who has helmed the previous Dhoom films and is currently busy shooting Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan starrer ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’.

A Mumbai daily reported that Salman Khan is going to sport long hair for the part and will have a scar on his face and will not be playing a negative role. There are also rumours that Dhoom 4 will go on floors in early 2019 and will be shot in Dubai.

YRF spokesperson has denied these reports and told Mid-Day that  “Work on Dhoom 4 hasn’t started yet. There’s no truth to these rumours.” Sources suggest that Adi is planning to make an official announcement once the paperwork is complete.
