Samantha Ruth Prabhu goes pan-India way with Yashoda; teaser to be out soon

Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been making headlines for all the right reasons. After giving a glimpse of her talent on OTT with Manoj Bajpayee’s The Family Man, Samantha is now set to enthral the pan-India audience on the big screen.

The diva is currently working on her upcoming film Yashoda, which will have a country-wide release. Directed by the duo of Hari-Harish, Yashoda will feature Samantha in multiple avatars.

According to a recent report, the makers of the ambitious film have designed an extensive marketing strategy. They will kick-start the promotions by unveiling the first teaser by the end of July. The shoot for the film is said to be almost complete.

“The promotional strategy for the film has begun already and the teaser will be out by the end of this month July. 99 percent of the shoot is completed and only a song is left which will be shot in the slums of Hyderabad. The climax part of the film is shot in Kodaikanal under the supervision of Fight Master Venkat,” a source was quoted as saying by Pinkvilla.

“We all know Sam is a true example of versatility. She is totally focused and prepping for the last song of the film which will be shot in live locations with all security in place,” added the source.

Also featuring Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Unni Mukundan, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, and Sampath Raj, among others, Yashoda will hit the theatres on August 12 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam.
