  • Salman Khan will be seen with Katrina Kaif in Tiger 3
  • The new set of the film is reportedly going to be demolished soon
  • As a result of the same, the makers of the film have reportedly faced loss of Rs 8-9 crore

When COVID-19 lockdown restrictions were eased, Salman Khan had begun shooting for Tiger 3 with his co-star Katrina Kaif. After the actors shot Tiger 3 for a bit, the film’s shoot came to a halt due to the second wave of coronavirus in India. As the Maharashtra government stalled film and TV shoots a few months back, the makers of the film reportedly had no option but to pause the shoot for a bit. While the shoot was halted, the heavy downpour in Mumbai apparently affected the set of the Salman Khan-starrer.

As per the latest media report, the impact of rains in Mumbai was major as it reportedly resulted in massive damage on the set of Tiger 3. The report further suggested that the new set of Tiger 3 was apparently constructed in March this year, with around 250-300 workers helping on the same.

A source close to the development informed ETimes that the new set of Tiger 3 couldn’t be used because of showers in the city, which damage it more. According to the report, the makers of the film were advised to demolish the set in June itself. Now, approximately 100-150 workers have been assigned to do the same. With the new set for Tiger 3 reportedly being demolished, the producers of Salman’s film have suffered a loss of Rs 8-9 crore.
