Shilpa Shetty breaks her silence on husband Raj Kundra’s arrest in porn case: ‘We don’t deserve media trial’

Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19, following his alleged involvement in creating pornographic films and publishing them on different apps. Amid all the allegations levelled against her husband, Shilpa has finally broken her silence on the matter. She took to Instagram and penned a long note as a part of her official statement.

Taking to IG, she said that the past few days have been challenging for her on every front. Shilpa added that there have been a lot of rumours and accusations.

“A lot of unwarranted aspersions on me cast by the media and (not so) well-wishers as well. A lot of trolling/questions posed… not only to me but also to my family. MY STAND… I HAVE NOT COMMENTED YET. and will continue to refrain from doing so on this case as it is subjudice, so please stop attributing false quotes on my behalf,” stated Shilpa.

In the latter half of her statement, the Hungama 2 actress mentioned that as a family, they are taking recourse to all available legal remedies. As a mother to two kids (Samisha and Viaan), she further requested people to consider a few things.
