The actress has been in the news for her fiery comments and interesting revelations about her beau Shantanu Hazarika in the latest interviews. But she has now shared a ‘not so fun’ update on social media.

Shruti Haasan, on Sunday morning, revealed that she has tested positive for COVID-19. The actress took to her official social media handles earlier today to share the news online and also informed her fans that she’s currently on medicines.

In a post, she wrote, “Hi everyone! A quick not so fun update – Despite all safety measures I have tested positive for Covid. I’m on the mend and can’t wait to be back soon! Thankyou and see you soon lovelies.” She shared the health update without a caption online. Here’s her post:
