The prominent actress has returned to work as she walked the ramp on Lakme Fashion Week’s third day. She had suffered a heart attack earlier this month and underwent an angioplasty, letting her concerned fans know after the procedure had been done.The “Main Hoon Na” actress was the showstopper for designer Anushree Reddy in a glittering muted yellow lehenga, adorned with minimal jewellery. The official Instagram handle of the fashion week shared a video of her strutting down the runway, carrying a flower bouquet which she smilingly handed over to the paparazzies in front of her.
