The teaser of K.G.F: Chapter 2 will release on the occasion of Yash’s birthday

While Yash has been ruling the Kannada film industry for years now, it was his 2018 film K.G.F: Chapter 1 that made him a nation-wide star. Fans were left excited when the K.G.F: Chapter 2 was announced. Apart from Yash reprising his role, the upcoming release will also star Bollywood superstars, Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon. Earlier today, the director of K.G.F: Chapter 2, Prashanth Neel took to social media to make an exciting announcement.

Prashanth shared the teaser release date of the movie. It will be releasing on the occasion of Yash’s birthday i.e. January 8. The teaser, for sure, is going to be a gift for Yash’s fans on the special occasion.

Sharing an intriguing still of Yash on Twitter, the filmmaker wrote, “The countdown to the opening of the empire door begins now! #KGFChapter2TeaserOnJan8 at 10:18 AM on @hombalefilms.” In the still, one can see Yash in a dark and dingy place, looking his raw best.

K.G.F: Chapter 2 is produced by Vijay Kiragandur and brought by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment, Hombale Films and AA films. The Kannada film will also be dubbed in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu languages.
