Year-end recap: Most discussed stars, films, and soundtracks
This year, approximately 50 films from Bangladesh have hit the silver screen. However, only a small number of these have managed to find significant commercial success. Despite this, the conversation surrounding Bangladeshi cinema has not been solely focused on box office performance.
Even the films that did not fare well financially have kept the public engaged, due to the performances of actors and actresses, as well as the popularity of film songs, which have remained in the spotlight.
However, since July, none of the films that have been released in theatres have managed to achieve notable commercial success and struggled to make a significant impact at the box office.
